SOMETIMES CANCELLATIONS ARE UNAVOIDABLE. PLEASE READ THE REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK.

• A non-refundable deposit of $1000 USD is required at the time of booking. Once the deposit has been made we will contact you to confirm details and you spot on the retreat.

• The remainder payment will be due October 11th, 2024. I will send you a reminder email two weeks before. If the payment isn't made by October 11th, 2024, your spot will open back up, and your space will no longer be guaranteed on this retreat. 

• No refunds will be available for final payments after October 11th, 2024 regardless of reason for cancellation. If you are able to find someone to fill your space last minute, I will refund you your payment minus the non-refundable deposit. 

• No payments may be transferred to another retreat date.

• Retreat cost includes all meals, accommodation and tuition for the retreat.

• Airfare and alcoholic beverages are not included.

• Payments can be made by e-transfer or credit card (for a 3.45% fee).
