YOUR TEACHER
Genevieve Munro
E-RYT 500 · Reiki practitioner · Thai Yoga Massage therapist · BA Psychology, McGill
For more than a decade, Genevieve has led trainings, retreats and mentorship spaces around the world. Having lived and studied extensively in Asia, she weaves Traditional Chinese Medicine, functional anatomy, Buddhist psychology and somatic healing into a Yin practice that reaches the emotional and energetic body.
Students describe her spaces as both safe and expansive: a place to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with the intelligence of their own body.
WHAT GRADUATES SAY
“I now have a better understanding of the why of Yin Yoga, which has given me a better understanding of the how. My practice is more intentional, deeper and more connected.”
