Surfing asks you to be fully present: to read the ocean, trust your body and try again after every wipeout. It is one of the most humbling and joyful ways to meet yourself, and it is even better surrounded by women cheering you on.
Whether you are catching your first green waves or refining your turns, you will be coached in the water by pro surfer Leah Oak Johnson and Sansara’s Surf Director Luis Ortega.
On land, I will guide you through daily movement, breathwork and recovery so your body can keep up with the ocean and your nervous system can finally exhale.
