Bloom: a summer solstice retreat
A weekend of renewal and transformation on Loughborough Lake, with Genevieve Munro and Natasha Moine.
solstice
sol stitium: the moment the sun stands still
The summer solstice is the longest day of the year, the point where the light is at its fullest before the season turns. In the yogic and earth-based traditions it has always been a time to pause, take stock and let what is ready to open, open.
This retreat is a weekend to do exactly that. Slow flow and yin to soften the body, Yoga Nidra and breathwork to settle the nervous system, journaling and circle to hear yourself again, and long summer hours by the lake, in the sauna and on the forest trails. Farm-to-table vegetarian meals are made for you, so all you have to do is arrive.
